Sometimes all that was needed was a small fix to make a large improvement;
Sometimes it was a new design for a country wide system with 500 upload sites;
Sometimes a network design fix for a problem to erase a traffic bottleneck.

I bring to every project some innovation, with a reality check on implementation within the budget.

Executive lead for an International, multilingual education portal targeted at educators in developing regions of the world.   
Managed staff for the development and delivery of online educational content-media; 
  • Expanded funding from $1 to $10 million,  and team from 2 to 25, to implement internet portal activities;
